Does my MECOOL device support Netflix and Prime Video in 4K?
Yes, our certified models such as the MECOOL KM2 Plus and KM7 series support Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ in full 4K UHD resolution with official Google and Netflix certifications.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all MECOOL hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
Are the MECOOL TV Boxes compatible with my television?
Our TV Boxes are compatible with any television that has an HDMI port. Simply plug the device into the HDMI port, connect to Wi-Fi, and you are ready to stream.
How do I update the firmware on my device?
MECOOL devices support OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. You can check for the latest firmware by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update on your TV Box.
